Xishuangbanna and Pu'er in Yunnan are the essence of China's tropical rainforests and the birthplace of Pu'er tea. Home to 13 ethnic minorities including the Dai, Hani, and Jingpo peoples, the region preserves rich intangible cultural heritage and ancient ways of life. We delve deep into the tropical botanical garden to explore rainforest ecology, trek ancient rainforests under the guidance of Hani elders, and experience the wisdom of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. We wander through millennium-old tea gardens, personally experiencing tea picking and processing from start to finish. We visit the Ganlanba market, feeling the vibrant local marketplace culture, and freely choose an intangible cultural heritage craft to immerse ourselves in slow-wheel pottery, traditional papermaking, or Dai dessert making.
